'RLS' = Really Lazy Sonofabitch

RLS, otherwise known as 'restless leg syndrome', is bu-shit in my opinion. But, please decide for yourself. Here are some symptoms;

• (1) an urge to move the limbs with or without sensations
• (2) worsening at rest
• (3) improvement with activity
• (4) worsening in the evening or night.

Um, number 3 kinda gives you a solution right there doesn't it? Sounds like the safest and easiest remedy to me but, in case you're too lazy for that there are medical treatments. I saw an ad for this one tonight, http://www.requip.com/
